Speaking as someone who was looking to purchase a house during the most seller-oriented market that I can remember, I don't know what I would have done had I not had a realtor as knowledgeable and helpful as Teshia. She prepared me from the very beginning for having multiple bids rejected until I found a home. She provided sound guidance and patiently kept me from "panic purchasing ", reminding me that the important thing was not just to buy a new home, but one that I would love. She and her husband would guide me virtually through tours when I was unable to come down from Richmond from NoVa.
